Kind of an unexpected down week. Hoping to be more close to 70ish this week, then down a tad next, but schedule just didn't allow it. So did a short long run coming back from camping. Wish I could have been in Minneapolis this weekend after a sweet Griak meet. Ended the long run at the South West track for some ssjc's. Felt like I was floating all run.
