Notes
Goal was 10x400 on the roads. Pretty windy heading south on the river road but once I got onto the Parkway, there was some decent shelter. Got off of work early since I had some paid leave to burn before I lost it. Last major workout before the 10 miler. I tried to stay around 5min pace with 400m recover. Seemed to be spot on for times. The effort wasn't terribly taxing. Hopefully thats a good sign.
