Fartlek home from work. Decided, since I had to go a little longer, I would venture through campus and over the stone arch bridge and hop on the river road from there south. Turned out to be some good rolling hills on the river road that far north. At least from the stone arch to the marshal st. bridge. Kept it light today. 1x5min @tempo effort, 2x2:30@10k/5k effort, 3x75sec @5k/3k effort.
