Easy test run today. See how the hammy is feeling. Definitely did something to the biceps femoris. Heated it before the run, then some simple pre run exercises to get everything firing in working fashion. I've definitely become more neurotic over the years. That being said, I was really nervous the entire run. I had to keep reminding myself there was no shooting pain, and all it really felt like was a dull ache the entire way. It was substantially better and easier to run through while I kept my stride in check. All things considered, I've had tight muscles before and ran through them just fine. I'm glad I took a few days off just to check myself, but unless things turn worse, where I'm at right now is definitely manageable. Possible roller ski tonight. I haven't done that in a while.
