Hip began to feel real tight again. Still not quite sure if its a piriformis or gluteal medial issue. Either way, it stresses my hip/butt whenever the hip abductors are working to keep the knee strait. During the run it was ok, but after I did some drills, I nixed the post run speed stuff.

That stretch has been super helpful. Also, I've found my hips are week after doing some of those.
