4xk cutdown from 3:15 to 3:00. I wanted to do this at the track but there was a meet so had to be on the pkwy. First two were down hill with the backwind, so they felt way too easy. Second two were up hill, into a headwind and felt much harder. Felt spot on for timing. The very last k was a bit of a struggle from 500-700, but got that nice second wind feeling and the leg turnover came back. I like that feeling.
5k on monday. Brian Kraft around Nakomis. Not sure on a goal time, but for now I'm thinking sub 15:30. PR would be a little lofty at this point, but who knows, my workouts are feeling about as good as when I was running low 15s.
