Easy AM run with Jack. Good thing we left early, apparently I was on the schedule for a corporate set up this morning and completely unaware. So immediately after I got back, went to the North Memorial hospital for their health fair. Ran a little late, but thats what happens when you never do set ups and then are thrown one every once and a while.
