Notes

Did some rolling hills out in Edina today. Hip felt very manageable. I've been working on a few different stretches/exercises that seem to be helping. Got a bit turned around due to a detour out by 66th. Luckily I wound up back on track. There are some nice rolling stretches of hills out south west of me. I'm not sure why I haven't explored it more yet.
