Wanted to do this yesterday but the footing was much better by the afternoon once the sun cleared things up. Went out after work and ran to Nakomis for the warm up with Stu. He turned back and I got going. Goal was 4-5 12's at 3:48. Felt spot on. Both 3:51s were against the wind, the first, third, and fifth were with the wind. Eventually I was pretty winded by the last one but it felt great not to have my legs puss out on me.
