Morning progression up to Isles. Wasn't necessarily planning a workout today but I was feeling good and just rolled with it. Tried to end just a bit slower than tempo pace. Was hoping to extend the pace for a longer total time, but hit the red light at the Harriet connector and didn't make much sense to start it back up again.

About 7 miles in I noticed a bit of a hamstring tightness. Not the kind I've had before where it's almost in my glute, but down towards the middle center and felt more like a burning. Nothing that altered my gait, but once I stopped it got really tight. We'll see how it is in the morning, but definitely caught me off guard.
