PM tempo. God was it nice out. Still very windy out of the south. Stuck to OAB on the Greenway to try to catch just the crosswind. Did 3 miles at MP, mile at tempo, 4 min easy. Turned it around then 3 miles MP, 1 mile at a bit faster than tempo. Way out felt fine, not special, not bad. Way back was tough mentally for some reason, up to the last 10 min, then it was back to normal. Lots of people out on the Lakes. Lifting tonight.
