Wanted to hop on the track, but found it being used by the park board for city track league. Adjusted to hard easy 400's on Harriet. 3 x on/off, 3min easy, 2 x on/off, 3 min easy, 1 x on/off going from 90 seconds easy 400, 75 second hard 400, down to 80 seconds easy 400, 70 seconds hard 400. Felt comfortably tired by the end. I notice my turnover is pretty much nonexistent now.
