Wow did this feel better than last week.
3-4 broken K's with 3 - 3:30 min recovery. First 700 at 3k pace, then float 150, then accell last 150.
Felt fantastic aerobically, the legs still need a little work though. Could have mustered another one or two but this was probably a good place to stop. Started to look forward to racing.
