300s to start off. Felt real solid on those. The start of the tempo was kinda rough but got way better by the last mile. Felt like I could have done another. Ended up with 5:32, 31, 27, 27. Went back the soccer field for the 12s. First one felt great. Second was working for it but still hit the time. This is the first tempo style workout of the season I've done with pearsnuts and wheels and not felt like I was over exerting myself.

My leg still hurts a bit, but I think the cross training is keeping it under control.

On another note, my mustache has been starting to collect food while I eat now.
