Okay so I haven't been writing in my log for a bit. Last week I was getting some nasty pain in my R soleus and my tibialis posterior tendon. Think it was from trying to get a longer run on fresh snow on sunday. Had to take a few days off, but seems to be back to 100%. Did a tempo effort fartlek today. More of a cruise interval fartlek i guess. 3 miles at tempo effort, 3min easy, 2 miles at tempo effort, 2 min easy, 1 mile at tempo effort. Still the footing was pretty bad, but at least the divots where packed down to a semi flat surface. Felt good. Maybe a bit too good and perhaps I slacked on the effort. Hard to tell at this point. Stretch and lifting after.
