Biked while everyone was getting in their minutes before hand. Met up with everyone on the track to do my first running workout in a few weeks. It went very well. I felt recovered by about 75m in on our recovery laps. Still getting excited about possible 3k this weekend. Started to run a few recovery laps at the very end, just for like 3 min, and then my knee started hurting again. Started to stretch and roll it out and a little messaging. Did some abs and then stretched some more and went to lift. Started to hurt to walk on my knee on my way to the weight room. Sometimes it would feel alright again and then start to hurt out of nowhere. Iced after lifting which seemed to help out a bit.
