Kind of a structured fartlek. I swear every time I get ready to run a workout the last couple of weeks, it starts snowing like a blizzard 10 mins in. Should have worn contacts for this. I ended up taking off my glasses and holding them half way through. I couldn't see more than 5 feet in front of me. Ended up doing a mile at tempo effort, 2x 800 at a bit quicker than tempo, and 4x 400 at 10k race effort. Footing was progressively worse as I went on, but better than it has been. Either way, did this based on effort instead of time. Felt pretty darn good.
