from home, easy over to Hagy park...was planning on 3 intervals around walking path(.4m), but half of the path still covered in ice/snow...ran first loop at 2:54(7:36), then decided to run last 2 on good part of path as out and back...2:42(6:58) and 2:39(6:41), with easy in between, then ran back easy, with last mile tempo
