parked at the Trout Run parking lot, took path to Swatara bike trails and did the all lefts route(1:37:49)...kept an easy/steady pace throughout. Tried to check out Boxcar Rocks off Gold Mine Rd. afterwards, but couldn't find them. I parked in the correct lot, just needed to hike the dirt road back and make a right to hike down to rocks...next time.
