haven't run the route in a while...surprised on finish time as i'm currently overweight, out of shape, and have a sore right glute(glute held up ok). was expecting 4hrs or longer. nice peaceful run, didn't see anyone until i got back to the lot(Tawny Heselpoth and Katie Dalton). Caryn, family, and I are still mourning the loss of Caryn's brother Rick who was tragically killed in a car wreck a few days ago.
