Super Bowl Run honoring Eileen Church starting at City Island...saw Joe Church and a few others....ended up running with Nick Nichols, Chad Custer and Natale from Florida...looped around CI, then down and looped around the PennDot building, then back up...they went across the river for more miles, i looped around CI again and finished...overall legs felt pretty good considering a long run the day prior and speed work the day before that.
