Caryn ran her first 1/2 marathon in 2:01:39. she did really well and was pleased. Addy Rummel also ran the 1/2 marathon in 2:04 and she was also happy....marathon course was nice. went past capitol, national mall, monuments, etc, not many hills. it was a well organized race and was fun. 10K: 50:30, 13.1mile: 1:48:10, 20mile: 2:47:41....paced well and stayed hydrated throughout. Justin Rummel met me at mile 25 on his bike and finished with me. i had an extra pushed from him. overall, good with results. wanted between 3:30-3:40. Had a great time with the Rummels on St. Patrick's day weekend.
