with Jeff Seyfried, Karl Pass, and Jim Schwalm....started at Millers Gap back to Lambs Gap, down Idle Rd made left at bottom and took yellow blaze all the way back out to Millers gap and finish...first time running solid in months...right glute feeling better. good running with them as it had been awhile. Caryn's brother Rick's funeral was later on so had to get back home.
