very humid....with Jen Henry...met at Laurel Lake and went up Cold Springs and an immediate right on logging path that her Buck Ridge Burn course runs on, then made left and up and eventually got to Hammonds Rock/Ridge Rd. area. Went out Ridge Rd and made left down logging path to Glory Hold trail and back to Ridge Rd, then down Buck Ridge trail to the lot....good conversation
