1:48:00-1:49:49...Nice rail trail marathon. started on top of a hill at Sparks elementary school, the first mile and a half were down hill on a road. felt good started and throughout. felt comfortable going out rail trail(slight incline). coming back I felt pretty confident and held a good pace. the last mile and a half up hill to the end was tough. overall, pleased with my time. i was looking for a 345 or better. i've gone to the gym and had eaten and dranken better leading up to this race.
