Notes
A second early morning run whilst on holiday. My pace was faster today but I took in a steep footpath onto the headland which affected my pace significantly. The footpath along the top was narrow and windy too, but lovely views from the top. Generally I ran ok today, but I'm not a fan of running in the heat, or at least the humidity. I did stop just after 4km to enjoy the views, and my time at that point was 24.04.
My troublesome knee didn't give me much grief but it clearly isn't improving as it's been sore after both Menorca runs.
