Notes
I wasn't sure whether to run tonight due to a bit of a cold, but I headed out as it was such a nice evening. My plan was to take it nice and easy but after 2 or 3 fast km's I realised a Damflask PB was in sight so i went for it, only to fall short by about 10 seconds. Still, a fantastic effort with all km's in less than 4.26/km, so well pleased. The only thing is whether it makes my cold better or worse...we'll have to see.
