Notes
This was a good late afternoon run in the dark when I was weary after a late night. KM 3 was a little slower as it involved the steep uphill section but otherwise I ran steadily throughout although I don't think I could have kept it up for more than perhaps 8km. Heart rate steady too and lower than recent runs.
