That run shows the benefit of tough runs like my last one was. KM 1 was fairly flat but KM 2 was all uphill with an 80m ascent which really tested me but I felt ok and although slow I recovered reasonably quickly and continued in an evenly paced manner for the duration. I was running at perhaps 75% today (the hill excepted) and enjoyed running what was a good new route.
