4 runs in about 9 days and this final effort of my holiday was extremely rewarding. I ran a great pace from start to finish, and just felt comfortable all the way round. I could have stepped it up a little but was happy to maintain that good pace today. The pouring rain almost helped me in a way, and I notice that despite the faster pace my heart rate didn't get too high either. According to my runningahead stats that was my 2nd fastest run round Damflask, but I think it might be my 3rd fastest ever, so I am very pleased.
