Why do I run: Because every time I think about quitting I have one of those runs that makes the world seem right for an hour or two. Ok, that and I'm too cheap to pay for a drug habit to accomplish the same thing. |
Why I started running: Baseball took out my shoulder. Bicep injuries forced me out of the gym. Yoga wasn't painful enough. I wasn't ready to stop being active and my legs still worked. |
