The plan was to do 8 sets of 2 minutes 6:44 pace with 1 minute recovery. I got through the first 3 and I was struggling. My face started to feel unwell. I still have some allergy problems so I did a 2 minute recovery and tried one more set. Nope - only one minute and I was done.
