A nice and relaxing run today. I thought I was going much much slower but I'm always surprised to see I'm going faster than my perceived effort. I was surprised at how strong my legs feel especially since I've already put in 25 miles in the last 4 days. I'm going to try for doubles tomorrow with an easy 3 mile run in the morning and then a tempo session in the evening.
