Cadence: Avg 80 | Max 102
I really tried to focus on my cadence during this run but it seems I only get it to around 90 when I think about it. When I settle into my groove I go back to my standard 80 or so. Despite that the run was fantastic. I went slow and put on some good mileage for a Monday night. I think at this pace I could probably run for a very long time. I didn't feel tired after this one and only stopped because it was dark and I finished my loop.
