25 minute fartlek in the long run.
I thought I ran this pretty well. The intervals were longer going from 45-90 seconds and it pushed me to run a little harder, especially since I had to do this on my own. I felt surprisingly good considering I ended up running 12 miles the day before as I was helping pace a friend in the Get in Gear Half. I was much slower yesterday but 12 miles still took a toll on my legs. Overall, this was a another good run and it was some good FANS training.
