Ran 10:14.23 in the steeplechase. I was eighth of 12. I am very happy, because that's a 31-second PR. I think my training is working. I can't wait until I taper. I felt relaxed and in control the whole race. I held off a Roberts Wesleyan kid, but I wanted to beat Terrence Cordner of U of R and I couldn't catch him, although I gained a lot on him the last 400 meters. I know I can break 10:00. I am only 14 seconds from qualifying for States.
