Legs felt better, but still not that great. Thought I was going faster but I guess not. I feel so fat, too, which I am. But still, I've run 19 days in a row now and still feel fat. I need to start doing the "other" stuff to lose some of this weight. Ran the 6.1-mile Morena Loop in 44:51.66 (7:21.66 pace), then the 1.03-River Block Loop in 7:30.25 (7:17.1 pace). Splits were 14:43.7 (2), 7:26.2, 7:19.9, 7:20.2, 8:01.70 (1.10 mi) (7:17.9) and then the River Block Loop.
