First run in a couple of weeks but also my first run in my new challenge. I'm going to try to get down to the 150 lb range again with my target goal June 15. No bet or anything but I want to stop getting fat and get in some pretty good shape. I'm going to use Alex as some running support and will try to stay motivated the best I can. By staying motivated I mean this will be the most important thing with my life now. That means I run before I play online poker or I run instead of drinking, etc. I want to start even doing some two-a-day's, probably starting Tuesday. I will try for approx. 10 runs a week.

As for the run today, it sucked. I was motivated to get out the door after staying up until 4:30 a.m. to watch the London Marathon and Ryan Hall. I started out pretty good then it went to shit after about eight minutes. I was dehydrated, was breathing hard, it was hot out and I had a headache. Almost dry-heaved after about 12 minutes and basically slowed down to a crawl the last 1.5 miles or so. Like slower than Greg Dolby pace. Tomorrow's another day.
