Felt pretty good today, the first time since Sunday. I came home from work, took a 2 1/2 hour nap, and didn't get out of the door until 11:15 p.m. I like running late because I don't have to worry about lights or traffic. The only thing that sucks is knowing that I have to run.
Ran the 8.51-mile Lasso loop in 1:00:30 (7:06.6 pace) with splits of roughly 7:09.1, 7:16.6, 7:02.7, 7:03.0, 7:03.5, 7:06.8, 7:10.2, 7:08.2 and 3:30.03 (6:51.8 pace) last 0.51 miles. Then ran the 2.53-mile Friar's Loop in 18:19.27 (7:14.5 pace).
