Started out feeling like crap and almost stopped 0.3 miles in because my right hamstring was hurting so bad. But I gradually felt better and ended up setting a PR (I've only run this twice) by 31 seconds. Just went faster each mile. Splits were 7:34, 7:23, 7:22, 7:19, 7:13, 7:00, 6:33 and 11.5 last 0.03 miles (6:23 pace).
