Felt pretty good the first two miles or so then in went to shit. Ran the first 2.525 miles in 17:56.54 (7:07 pace) and the second in 18:47.61 (7:26 pace). I'm hoping it was the fact that I woke up an hour before, or that it was an early run and a time I'm not used to, or that is just one of those days. Because I can't feel like this at five miles tomorrow when the plan is 16. Not the best of runs heading into the 24/24/24 tomorrow.
