My split in the 800 was 2:13. I'm happy considering I ran the 5K earlier. I had a really good kick with about 220 left and I blew by a Delhi kid. I'm kind of excited about the 800. Hope to do better next weekend. Our team ran a 8:42. Dan Blew ran a 2:07, Sander ran a 2:09, Kemo ran a 2:13 and I ran a 2:13. We all had decent kicks.
