Good workout on the track today. Ran mile repeats with 1:00 less rest than we usually get. Went 5:11, 5:10, 5:14 and 5:11. Felt pretty good. Dave Stevens and I pulled each other through the second one in 5:10. Thought I went faster on the third one, but we all went slower. Aaron pulled me through the last one. Felt dizzy and tired after the last interval. Nice workout, though.
