Notes
It was beautiful 66.2 degrees today and I enjoyed running in daylight for once. I should have gone easy but come on, it was nice out. Ended up setting a 1:07 PR on the 6.1-mile Morena Loop, but didn't feel good doing it. I never felt like I was in any kind of rhythm and just kind of slogging around. Splits were 6:40.1, 7:09.7, 6:52.0, 6:54.6, 6:48.8 and 7:29.06 (6:48.2 pace) last 1.1 miles.
I planned on doing 7.13, but once again I pussed out. I've been pussing out too often of late but I guess at least I am getting out there. 47.02 for the week in six runs after doing 49+ in seven runs a week ago. Averaged 6:58 pace for the week. Something's got to give soon. I'm just waiting until I start feeling like garbage again. It may start tomorrow with a planned 11-miler.
