Unofficial splits were 7:13, 7:28, 7:37, 7:34, 7:23 and 8:07 last 1.1 mile (7:23 pace). Felt pretty slugglish once again and my right hamstring felt like garbage. I even stretched before the run and when I got back. Iced it as well. Ran the loop 1:23 faster than six days ago.
