Ran eight 400s on the high school track. At least half of each lap was into the wind. Went 75.44, 74.83, 76.32, 76.33, 76.44, 75.51, 77.03 and 74.66 for an average of 75.82 with 1:30 rest.

Ran four 200s at rep pace, but actually went a bit faster. Went 31.28, 31.78, 32.02 and 32.54 for an average of 31.91 with 2:15 rest. Felt pretty good on all of them. Might have gone a bit fast. At least 50 meters or so were into the wind.
