Well I felt much better today than the last couple of days, but I went slower than I thought. It all comes down to the fact that I am fat and out of shape. Ran the same loop I ran on Wednesday, 15 seconds faster. Splits were 3:22 (1/2), 7:22, 7:10, 6:55, 7:09 and then the last non-measured half-mile home.
