--- After a two-plus hour nap, legs felt pretty tired again. Plus I had some Pink song in my head.---

I got out of the door really late today. I left work early, golfed 18 holes at Doubletree (53/51 - 104) with Scott and Tom (had two beers after), came back and took a 2 hour, 15-minute nap, and finally started the run at 9:13 p.m. I was a bit worried because of how crappy my legs felt yesterday.

Prior to heading out for the run, I watched Flotrack’s WOW with the Canada Speed River Group (http://bit.ly/kXgesF) which got me a bit more ready for the run. I also did a quick stretch while watching it, really working on my sore left hamstring. Right away I knew my legs were going to feel much better than yesterday. They ended up feeling good until the uphill around Kaiser (~2.25 miles). From there they just felt tired. But besides that I felt pretty good. My breathing was a bit better than it’s been lately and I felt like I could turn it up a notch if I had to. I didn’t want to push it too hard, since the plan for tomorrow is a tough 6-mile loop.

Happy to get in another run. Things are slowly, and I repeat slowly, coming along.
