Ran 3 x 400s on the Brockport High School track by myself. The plan was to go pretty hard, but the wind and rain prevented me from going all out. I ran 63.27 (4:00), 64.73 (5:30) and 65.57. Was hurting on the last 400. The lactic acid was coming on pretty good and the last 200 my legs and arms were quite heavy.

Ran 4 x 200s with varied rest. I went out easy the first 100 and brought it home the last 100. My splits were 34.30 (2:43), 33.63 (2:08), 34:06 (2:03) and 33.87 (3:12). Felt real good on the 200s, even on the last 100.

Ran easy for the first 200 and brought it home the last 200. Went out in 37ish and came back in 32ish for a 69.32. Didn't feel that great.
