Notes
---Just over my minimum (3.00 miles) at 4,266 feet. Legs felt good, but went 7:45, 7:56 and 8:08.---
Ran just over three miles in Salt Lake City (4,266 feet). Wanted to go about four or so, but my body said, "Not so fast fat ass." I felt good in the beginning, but then just felt worse and worse. It was very windy out (15-25 mph), but I ran on flat ground the whole way.
I got slower each mile and really didn't notice it. I had to stop twice (or maybe three times?) for lights, but I didn't want to go too far from the hotel in case I got lost.
At least I ran. Tomorrow the weather looks shitty. I didn't bring much warm clothes, so it'll probably be the dreadmill for me.
